Order alot of the time and is normally good but this time I waited over 2 hours for food and it was soggy and cold. When I rang I was shouted at in a rude way and was told I would get a refund but still havnt received it.

Disappointing kebab meat was dry, chips went on the bin kids wouldn't eat the burgers as they were dry, haven't been for a while and very very disappointed waited nearly half an hour after the collection time given and paid nearly 60 for the majority to go in the bin
